3.Gargling 

Gargling with salt water or ginger juice could wash the virus out of your throat.

4. Drinks

Avoid using cold water. Take tea and warm water can prevent the corona infection through your throat to the stomach.

5. Warm bath

Take a bath twice a day to be fresh as well as to be healthy.

6. Care your lungs

Build up your immunity system and reduce the inflammation are both crucial if you’re about to be challenged by a significant viral infection.

7. Keep your nose clean and fresh

Keep your nose covered to prevent the virus from entering the lungs. Use nasal oils to improve the immunity of your nose.

8. Immunity boost

To boost your immunity make tea with fresh turmeric, ginger, tulsi leaves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds. Drink 2 liters of warm water in 24 hours.

Offer your guidance and assistance to anyone in need, share valuable information, or bring food to people who need it.
